Shipping and Returns

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on pharmacyonline.gr and where those items will be delivered, a few different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will based on the total weight of the order and method of choice and will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.

The orders are dispatched within three business days after payment is made by credit card or bank deposit.


Greece Shipping

The delivery is done by courier and costs 3 euros. The Cash OnDelivery IS NOT CHARGED! For orders over 39 euros shipping is free! Deliverytime is 1-3 working days (if the order is made by 12:00 noon) from the day ofyour order, excluding some remote areas where the delivery time may take up to5 working days. Please allow extra time during holidays and weekends.

Please Note: For delivery to countries outside the EuropeanUnion additional costs may occur for the recipient (taxes, duties, etc.) inaccordance with the current legal status of any country or region in which theparcel is delivered. Please be informed by your local body responsible for anyadditional costs that may arise upon the delivery of your order.

If we ship your order to the address you provide us and is sentback because your address is incomplete, your name is not associated with thataddress or any other reason that is not an error on our part, we will notre-ship the package unless you pay for shipping again. We also will not refundshipping costs on returned items that are shipped to the address provided to usby the customer.


Returns

Returns are accepted upon prior arrangement and only if the goods are unused and in their original condition.

After using the products or altering their original packaging, their return is not acceptable.

  • In the case of a mistake on our behalf, we will fully refund the amount corresponding to the value of your order and shipping costs.
  • If no error appears on the part of our company only the amount corresponding to the value of the products will be refunded. The shipping costs burden solely the customer.
  • In the event that the products you received are over the expiration date, we will fully refund the amount corresponding to the value of your order and shipping costs.
  • In the event that the product has a defect and is covered by a warranty, we provide a replacement in agreement with the company of production.

For a refund you must inform us of the account you want the deposit to be made. For refunds, receipt is necessary as proof of purchase. In the case of an invoice, the products returned must be accompanied by a dispatch note.

If the refund is not made within the period (14) of fourteen calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the conditions for reimbursement are not met, pharmacyonline.gr has the right not to accept the products back or proceed to replace them.

If payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and a respective update will show on your credit card.

Procedure

In our physical store

You bring the product to the pharmacy and after we check to verify that the condition of the product is eligible for return, it is replaced with the same or another product of your choice.

Shipping the product

After contacting our returns department at pharmacyonline.gr, pack and send your product with the affiliated courier company. Make sure you include the dispatch note in the package. If the packet arrives and proves that return conditions are not met, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. The product will be returned to the customer who will also be responsible for the transportation costs.
