Greece
Your order is dispatched in the address you provide, by courier. Delivery usually takes 1- 3 working days unless the place of delivery is in designated areas of the country in which case, delivery time might take up to 5 working days.
Upon your order, you receive an email with a detailed description of the products you have purchased.
Abroad
Dispatches abroad take place via ELTA (Hellenic Post). Cash on delivery is not accepted. Orders are delivered following a payment into a bank account or a card payment.

Estimated shipping time for Europe 10 - 15 business days.
Prices shown are inclusive of Greek Value Added Tax.
Orders outside the EU
Estimated shipping time for outside EU 15 - 20 business days. These shipping times are estimates and might be delayed by customs or situations outside of pharmacyonline control.
Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to local VAT/TAX in the destination country. We recommend that customers check with their local customs office prior to ordering as we cannot assist with local customs issues in the destination country. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Please note that the customer is charged with the return expenses. In case of product exchange, pharmacyonline is charged with the delivery expenses.
