Cancel Order
You can cancel your order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping
process.
In case you choose to cancel your order after the beginning of the shipping process,
you will be charged with the shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel your order after the shipping process, please contact us
at info@pharmacyonline.gr.
If you have choose the bank deposit way of payment or by credit cart, after the
canceling you should contact us and give the exacts information of your bank account
in order to send you the products price minus the bank fees.
The refund will be completed upon 30 days of the date of cancellation.
We will not refund postage & packaging costs - please see details below.
Note: We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded
in all circumstances.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us
in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened
(with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the
price you paid for the item.
Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure
they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition.

If the return results from the receipt of damaged or defective items, or from
our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back
to us, and to send you a replacement item.

In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage
charge are both non-refundable.
